An Arroyo Grande native, Cindy’s roots date back more than 40 years when her family purchased the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.  She is very knowledgeable about the local area, having grown up on the Central Coast. Cindy graduated from Arroyo Grande High School and earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Cal Poly.  Among her many achievements, Cindy is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, which means that she is an expert in the special needs and concerns of the older consumer.        

In addition to her impressive real estate sales record, giving back to the community is a priority with Cindy.  She does volunteer work and is a member of the South County Education Foundation, Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce, Nipomo Chamber of Commerce, Nipomo Kiwanis Club, Special Olympics and Junior Achievement.

Connie Winstead received her California real estate license in 1979 and began working in the industry in 1970 at a large independent escrow company in the Los Angeles area.
